Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional riad in Fès, and it was a truly remarkable experience that exceeded my high expectations. From the moment we arrived, the efficiency of the early check-in allowed us to settle in without any hassle, enabling us to fully immerse ourselves in the enchanting atmosphere of the riad. The beautifully decorated room featured excellent heating, ensuring we were comfortable during our winter stay, while the stunning inner garden provided a tranquil backdrop that I can only imagine is lovely during warmer months. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service from the staff, particularly Aziza, who went above and beyond to assist with everything from arranging a private Medina tour to resolving last-minute issues with grace and friendliness. The breakfast was a delicious start to each day, featuring a variety of local delicacies that showcased the culinary richness of the region. I left feeling as if I had made a cherished friend in Fès, and I cannot recommend this hidden gem highly enough for anyone seeking a warm, welcoming, and luxurious retreat.
